Refund Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

Audits and white-label reports

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin work on your report. Because the audit is a custom research deliverable, purchases are not refundable once the report has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver a report you purchased, we will refund it in full.

Monitoring subscriptions

Monthly monitoring can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue partial-month refunds. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your Stripe receipt or email us.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice, charged after canceling, or believe a charge is incorrect, email hello@citationguild.com with the receipt or payment date. We will investigate and refund any confirmed error.

How to request a refund

Email hello@citationguild.com with the email used at checkout and your Stripe receipt number. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. We may provide delivery records, receipts, and correspondence in response to a disputed charge.
